Tommy is an 80 pound ball of fire. He's a joy to train, spend time in the house with, run in hunt tests, hunt ducks and quail with, and most of all, run Grand's with. He just passed his fourth HRC International Grand in October in Georgia. Tommy has the talent of his mama, GRHRCH GMHR UH Oz's Yellow Fever of Washita MH and the great disposition of his daddy, GRHRCH WR Washita's Big Jake MH. I count it a blessing to own, train, and run such a fine animal. In addition, his pups are doing very well. Several are in training here at the kennel, and they love to be watched! In fact, one of his pups, Deke, just got his MH title on 12-5-2010 at 2 and ½ years of age.

Jewel is a 55 pound fox red female that loves her work. After a slow start in life with little training, Jewel arived at Washita Retrievers where I have really enjoyed working with her. She currently has a Hunting Retriever title running at the Finished level. We hope to run her through finished in 2011 and achieve her Hunting Retriever Champion title. Jewel's pedigree is second to none with both parents having FC/AFC titles. She has a calm disposition and a consistent training style that complements any training style...especially for the amateur trainer or even the first time hunting retriever owner.

Pups will be socialized, introduced to birds and water, have dew claws removed, first shots, wormed, guaranteed hips/eyes, and come with an offer for discounted field training with Washita Retrievers (contact us for details).
